This professional must possess solid technical knowledge to explain services to customers, as well as excellent communication skills to deliver clear and professional service. Provide customer service and sell services; * Address customer questions regarding services performed on their motorcycles; * Monitor all stages of maintenance and cleaning; * Inform customers in real time about the status of services performed; * Prioritize quality ratings. Prerequisites: * Completed High School education; * Relevant work experience; * Valid **Class A Driver's License**.
