Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: Lead maintenance and operations, manage teams and performance, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and train maintenance teams. 2. Manage performance, budgets, and KPIs for the department. 3. Ensure team safety and well-being, as well as machine longevity. * Lead evaluation of spare parts and consumables applicable to maintenance; * Lead team training on maintenance operational procedures; * Lead allocation of required resources (materials/equipment) across maintenance activities; * Lead logistical coordination to supply resources to relevant departments; * Lead execution of maintenance and operations related to LSA; * Operate vehicles over short distances to transport the team under supervision, plus other necessary duties; * Interface with leadership (responsible person) overseeing indirect labor in the maintenance area; * Provide customer service during maintenance activities and report coordinated requirements to management; * Control departmental budget and manage personnel within the team under responsibility; * Manage departmental performance under responsibility, including KPI monitoring and implementation of process and performance improvement actions; * Comply with and enforce LSA-related Safety and Environmental Programs and Policies; * Conduct safety inspections; * Assess operational condition and safety readiness for scheduled activities; * Ensure safe working conditions and propose improvements to enhance team well-being and machine longevity; * Control and prepare inventory replenishment lists and stock inventories, reporting to immediate supervisor; • Audit third-party contract SLA compliance and service delivery; • Monitor diesel fuel supply for machinery; * Promote LSA culture within the team and ensure process compliance and adherence to policies and standards; * Operate vehicles over short distances to transport the team, provided authorization is granted by the immediate supervisor, plus other necessary duties; Technical Course: Mechanical/Electromechanical; **Experience:** * 3 years in operational roles; * 1 year in a management position
