Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, controlling product inflow and outflow, optimizing layout, and leading the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. Implement improvements and generate performance reports **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00 / Friday 08:00–18:00 **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supervise and coordinate warehouse department activities. * Control product inflow and outflow, ensuring record accuracy. * Organize warehouse layout to optimize space and facilitate product access. * Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile identified discrepancies. * Train and guide staff on product storage and handling procedures. * Collaborate with other company departments to meet replenishment and distribution requirements. * Implement improvements in inventory control and logistics processes. * Generate performance reports and present results to management. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. * Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes. * Experience in team leadership. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. * Certifications in logistics. * Experience with WMS, especially for food products, and experience in verticalized warehouse operations. * **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Commuter allowance
