Verify poster, banner, and flyer replacements; perform spot checks on flyer and magazine pricing. Inspect department functionality, checking machines and equipment, area cleanliness, and asset control (e.g., shopping carts). Conduct inventory reviews and contact the commercial team to request store replenishment and price reductions. Review the promoter schedule and notify both the supplier and commercial department. Visit the sales floor hourly to record improvement needs, signal corrections to teams, and monitor progress. Analyze Aliseg reports, implement corrections, and ensure store compliance with quality audits. Perform warehouse, dock, and produce warehouse rounds to monitor inventory levels, organization, cleanliness, and safety. Conduct loss forecast analysis and assess store loss risk. Maintain communication with HR and Payroll departments to implement hiring, termination, retention, and vacation scheduling actions. Monitor the Solidarity Change Program and Discount Club, evaluating and motivating the team. Conduct shift handover, communicate urgent actions, direct improvements, and transfer unfinished tasks. Analyze discrepancies in cycle counts and collaborate with the commercial department to resolve them. Conduct competitor visits when necessary.
