We seek a Commercial Manager with proven experience in recurring and subscription-based sales markets, such as: \- Subscription-based energy (preferred); \- Health insurance and insurance plans; \- Payroll-deducted loans / Personal loans. A seasoned professional who has experienced aggressive performance outcomes, knows how to lead, train, inspire, and hold others accountable. Strategic Mission of the Role: Conduct active client prospecting via phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital tools. Validate lead information and qualify leads for sales execution; Identify sales opportunities by offering customers service, solutions, and support; Manage and segment contact database within the CRM. ### **Prerequisites** Essential Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales; • Knowledge of sales funnel and CRM systems; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
