




#### **About the position:** * Coordinate, plan, control, and monitor Sales Department product sales activities, analyzing reports and key performance indicators for the department to focus on pre-established results; conduct periodic customer visits; train and guide sales representatives in carrying out their duties to maintain quality standards in processes; oversee product logistics; and ensure sales achievement in line with company-set targets. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate, plan, control, and monitor product sales activities within the Commercial Management; * Coordinate and guide sales representatives and external agents, analyzing team performance to achieve company-set targets; * Monitor post-sales processes, delivery timelines, and payment execution; * Develop differentiated customer loyalty programs and initiatives to attract customers to the company; * Analyze reports and key performance indicators for the department to focus on company-defined targets; * Coordinate and monitor activities within the scope of responsibility, ensuring service and information quality, timeliness, reliability, and performance; * Participate in meetings with Executive Management and the Sales Management to address area-specific matters; * Manage the assigned team by conducting training sessions and guiding and informing team members about internal and external changes; * Provide support to management on matters related to the area of responsibility. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Relevant work experience * Willingness to travel #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Experience in distribution companies #### **Benefits:** * Company car * Performance-based bonus * Life insurance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Pharmacy benefits * University partnership program #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Business hours
