Job Summary: Hotel seeks an Events Coordinator to manage groups and events from initial contact through contract preparation, budget negotiation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Interaction with various teams and participation in client-facing activities The hotel seeks an Events Coordinator in Juiz de Fora (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Provide end-to-end coordination of groups and events, from initial contact through guest checkout. Draft group and event contracts. Input rooming lists into the system, update payment instructions, and record relevant group information. Negotiate event budgets with clients. Prepare event service orders in the system with all necessary details. Conduct group briefings including room assignments, room categories, rates, payment methods, contacts, and special notes. Prepare monthly group reports and update closing information. Maintain ongoing interaction with Accounting, Sales, Reservations, Front Desk, and Kitchen teams. Engage directly with guests and clients during group and event stays. Participate in special activities such as cocktail receptions, welcome dinners, and client engagement initiatives. Ensure all client requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. Previous experience as Event Manager, Event Planner, Event Supervisor, or Event Organizer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
