Also performs in-person and telephone customer service, providing information and ensuring prompt and courteous assistance. Manages delivery orders, verifies monetary amounts, organizes the cash register, and supports administrative tasks related to the role. Attention to detail, organization, efficiency, and good relationships with customers and team members are expected. ### **Prerequisites** Experience as a cash operator, telephone customer service, and delivery order processing. Familiarity with the Mafra System is a plus. Basic Excel skills.
