Make, answer, forward, and manage internal and external phone calls clearly and courteously. Receive, organize, and dispatch documents and materials, ensuring traceability and integrity. Collect and record patient information in the laboratory system, ensuring compliance with internal and external protocols, including safety and privacy regulations. Handle complaints or issues calmly and efficiently, referring more complex situations to immediate leadership. Comply with and ensure adherence to occupational safety regulations, as well as maintain a clean and organized environment.
