Support the Maintenance Team in daily tasks.**Job Description** =================== * Assist in analyzing equipment and system issues in a systematic and organized manner, providing solutions, improvements, and controlling failure analysis actions * Monitor maintenance indicators and costs in order to suggest process improvements. * Assist in the specification, procurement and installation of new equipment, as well as retrofitting processes for existing systems * Support asset management activities by maintaining all equipment documentation up to date and compliant * Keep operational procedures under the department’s responsibility updated as needed, aiming to optimize activities with focus on safety, deadlines and quality * Implement equipment and system improvements based on reliability studies aimed at reducing anomalies * Conduct localization studies of components and assemblies, establishing suitability tests against pre\-established equipment parameters * Implement improvements in equipment maintenance routines (Jobplans), based on their failure analysis studies (PFMEA) * Support technical parameter studies for condition\-based maintenance (CBM) plans: Inspection, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Corrective Maintenance, TPM. Conduct implementation studies of new predictive techniques to prevent specific failure modes of critical components * Support maintenance technicians in service execution, material specifications and required contracted services for maintenance activities * Supervise contracted maintenance services, construction works and installations * Support coordination of initial control activities for new equipment to be deployed (develop maintenance plan, specify and request spare parts, train maintenance team, classify equipment criticality, etc.) * Support LEAN initiatives **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in one of the following engineering programs from the 6th semester onwards: Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or Mechatronics Engineering, with expected graduation in 2027 * Experience in Industrial Maintenance (will be an advantage) * Knowledge of maintenance practices: Predictive / Preventive / Corrective * Knowledge in developing inspection and maintenance plans for machines and systems * Problem\-solving skills * Skills in oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and leadership, as well as ability to work independently * Intermediate to advanced level in English – both oral and written * Advanced Office suite proficiency * Availability to work 100% onsite in Três Rios\-RJ **Desired Characteristics:** * Experience in maintenance of various equipment: pumps and electric motors, control and command systems, fire detection and suppression systems, air conditioning systems * Experience maintaining equipment such as overhead cranes and hoists, CNC grinders, electrical systems, screw compressors, precision balancing machines, special load lifting systems * Knowledge in accessing, troubleshooting and debugging Ladder logic programs, and maintaining PLC and CNC operated systems * AutoCad / Navisworks * Familiarity with maintenance management software * Experience with SAP (Material Requisition) GE Aerospace is an **equal opportunity employer** in its recruitment and selection processes.
