Enjoy technology and solve daily challenges We are looking for proactive and service-oriented individuals for the position of Automation Support \- Technician! **Your responsibilities:** * Support our colleagues by resolving questions and issues related to systems and equipment. * Ensure proper operation and perform maintenance on scales, POS terminals, receipt printers, computers, and printers. * Conduct tests on new systems before they are deployed in our stores. * Organize and control the intake of technology equipment and materials. * Generate reports and information to assist the team in decision-making. * Ensure everything functions perfectly to support customer service. * And other duties relevant to this position. **What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing a Technical Education degree (in Information Technology, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields). * Knowledge of IT hardware maintenance. * Familiarity with software management and IT inventory tools. * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B and confidence driving, with availability for travel between stores, cities, and for on-call shifts. * Passion for technology and solving daily challenges. * Ability to communicate clearly and positively with end users. * Organizational skills to manage equipment controls and records. * Strong desire to learn and grow with our technology team. ✨ Join a company that grows with its people! \#JoinBahamas!
