Additionally, the receptionist will engage in sales activities by promoting the clinic’s services and plans, with an emphasis on conversion and client retention. This position offers growth potential: based on performance and sales results, the professional may advance into the sales department, increasing their salary through bonuses and commissions. ### **Prerequisites** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience handling customer interactions both in person and via WhatsApp. Organized, attentive, and responsible regarding schedules and calendars. Proactive, committed, and eager to learn. Results- and goal-oriented. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with appointment scheduling systems.
