Job Description: The Senior Project Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing project management activities, spanning from initial planning through execution monitoring, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined scope, agreed timelines, and available budget. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support activity coordination, schedule tracking, risk control, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Plays a key role in supporting leadership decision-making by providing structured information on project progress. The mission is to contribute to project operational efficiency, support continuous improvement of project management processes, and help achieve organizational objectives and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: * Support end-to-end project planning and monitoring; * Monitor timelines, scope, and budget, flag deviations, and propose adjustments; * Facilitate communication among departments involved in the project; * Support risk identification and mitigation action tracking; * Update schedules, status reports, and performance indicators; * Support communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress; * Contribute to standardization of processes and best practices in project management; * Perform other duties consistent with this role. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Fluent English; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Ability to read architectural drawings.
