Dear Candidate, The Santa Catarina Education Network seeks a committed and dynamic professional to serve as Pedagogical Coordinator for the Final Years segment. Responsibilities: Supervise the teaching staff Organize observation records Assign grades and evaluations Keep all departmental documents up to date Carry out the administrative records adopted by the school Plan, conduct, monitor, and participate in meetings, civic activities, extracurricular activities, academic remediation, doubt-help sessions, and others Ensure compliance with the Annual Pedagogical Calendar Submit requested reports, activities, and documents Implement projects; evaluate and measure class performance Support teachers in communicating with and advising parents or guardians; develop strategies and produce pedagogical resources to enhance teaching practice; assist teachers in identifying students’ learning difficulties. Promote appreciation of the school environment; support teachers by recommending resources to enrich their pedagogical practice.
