Our Occupational Safety team is expanding — see more details about this position below. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule occupational medical examinations (admission, periodic, return-to-work, job change, and dismissal exams) in compliance with the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO); * Accredit and manage partner clinics and laboratories, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance with current legislation; * Monitor and update occupational health management spreadsheets and systems, including entry and verification of data related to medical certificates, medical exams, absences, and Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs); * Support the organization of health campaigns and preventive actions, such as SIPAT, vaccination, and health promotion programs; * Manage and archive medical records, respecting confidentiality and privacy regulations; * Communicate with the occupational physician, providing updated and organized information to support clinical and organizational decisions; * Assist in managing absences and return-to-work processes, collaborating with HR and the Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT) in handling procedures; * Maintain health department indicators, contributing to management analysis and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * A technical course in Occupational Safety is considered a plus; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Proactive profile, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal relationships; * Familiarity with RM or SGG systems is a plus; **Additional Information** #### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM #### **We Offer:** * Results-Based Participation Program (PPR) * Medical and Dental Assistance * Flexible Benefits * Life Insurance * PAS (VERO Social Assistance Program) * One paid day off during your birthday month * Corporate University * Totalpass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports) * PCD Child Support Benefit * Employee Internet Plan This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
