Coordinates team activation and deployment, guaranteeing agile, accurate, and protocol-aligned communication. Manages and validates incident response records, monitors incident resolution until closure, and ensures service quality, incident prevention, and customer support. Also guides, supports, and directs the monitoring team, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and operational efficiency. ### **Prerequisites** Valid driver’s license categories A and B required. Completed vocational high school (secondary education); technical or higher education (in progress or completed) is desirable. Prior experience in a monitoring center. Knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, and monitoring tools. Strong communication skills and ability to make quick decisions. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Capable of guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Availability to work rotating shifts and varied schedules as required. ### **Benefits** Meal/Voucher allowance. Health and dental insurance (after probation period).
