




**Responsibilities:** Support Supply Chain areas (factory, maintenance, and logistics) in all HR processes; Manage timekeeping, absenteeism, vacation, and overtime records; Provide support in employee hiring, internal transfers, and terminations; Support leadership in people management and organizational climate topics; Prepare reports and presentations for monitoring HR and management indicators; Work in partnership with corporate areas to ensure compliance of internal processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related fields; Previous experience in HR focused on operational/Supply Chain areas; Strong knowledge of Excel and management systems (SAP is a plus); Category B driver's license – mandatory (for travel and site coverage); **Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate – Specialization/MBA **Driver's License Required:** B
