Main responsibilities: Provide direct technical support to customers, identifying and advising on equipment issues; Schedule and monitor technical visits; Analyze defects, assess warranty coverage, and prepare technical reports with guidance for customers; Communicate with, support, and monitor the authorized technical service network; Handle spare parts requests, conduct negotiations, and track orders (follow-up); Prepare and submit spare parts quotations; Monitor the logistics process. ### **Prerequisites** Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks. Proactivity and problem-solving focus. Interpersonal skills and courteous customer service. Technical education in electromechanics or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
