Decision-making, initiative, and autonomy We are seeking a **Relationship Manager** to work at Sicoob, focusing on managing the cooperative members' portfolio and developing strategic and commercial relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop relationships with cooperative members, acting strategically and commercially; * Manage the client portfolio (account opening, maintenance, and closure); * Work with credit products, deposits, and other banking services; * Prospect new cooperative members and maintain an active portfolio; * Conduct daily external visits to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities; * Monitor portfolio delinquency, implementing preventive and corrective actions; * Organize the schedule for client service and external visits. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * CPA-10 certification (minimum); * Experience in account management within the banking sector; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (car or motorcycle); * Availability for external activities. **Desired Behavioral Profile:** * Positive and friendly attitude; * Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on cooperative member service; * Dominant and influential personality; * Initiative, autonomy, and decision-making ability; * Strong communication skills, ability to build trust, and results-oriented approach. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 6.293,35**; * Meal allowance of **R$ 1.950,00** (Cabal card); * Health insurance (Unimed); * Dental insurance; * Commission for specific campaigns; * Reimbursement of vehicle-related expenses.
