Execute cladding, plastering, screeding, and general finishing works. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Perform minor demolitions and repairs. Ensure leveling, alignment, and plumbness of structures. Previous roles as Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Construction Manager may indicate affinity with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
