**Description:** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Human and Professional Development Analyst to work on Rede Cidadã projects, promoting personal and professional growth for youth and adults in situations of social vulnerability. This person will be responsible for conducting structured experiences and theoretical trainings based on integrated human development techniques such as circular breathing, Biocentric Education, circular dance, among others. The objectives are: restoring the value of work for life; developing participants' self-awareness and emotional intelligence; encouraging protagonism, purpose building, and inclusion in the job market.
