Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for food preparation according to the established menu, adhering to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Duties include pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of dishes; ingredient inventory control; kitchen organization; and proper use of equipment. The role also includes cleaning and maintaining the work environment, utensils, and equipment, as well as compliance with sanitary regulations and good food handling practices. The routine demands agility, attention to detail, and teamwork—especially during peak shopping hours. Requirements: Prior experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants; knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices; organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; agility, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 Transportation Allowance Meals provided on-site Benefits plan after 3 months Additional Information: Work Model: On-site Location: Restaurant in the city center, Av. Rio Branco.
