Job Summary: GRUPO GERA is seeking a Maintenance Technician (solar) to perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and supervise specialized services. Equipment diagnosis and repair GRUPO GERA \- An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions \- is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a **Maintenance Technician (solar)**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, complying with current safety regulations to ensure machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical networks, data networks, telephone systems, devices, and installations remain in optimal working condition. * Carry out general maintenance activities using safety equipment correctly, as required by current legislation, while adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in controlling the inventory of tools and equipment, arranging replacements when necessary to prevent operational interruptions. * Diagnose faults under technical coordination guidance, using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation; disassemble, repair, reassemble, test, and replace components, ensuring proper care of equipment under your responsibility. * Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing necessary information and assistance. * Assist in monitoring equipment operation and request specialized maintenance when required. * Maintain direct contact with the Operations Center to support fault identification and requested corrective actions. * Complete activity check\-lists and issue technical reports. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology; * Prior experience in electrical systems maintenance; * Knowledge of electrical equipment and operating principles (preferably solar); * Willingness to travel. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance \- BRL 37.00 per business day; * Life insurance; * Educational partnership; * TotalPass partnership; * Sulamérica Health Plan; * Sulamérica Dental Plan \- Basic Plan.
