Previous experience in marketing, communications, or social media; Experience in campaign planning and marketing activities; Familiarity with digital marketing and social media; Basic knowledge of performance metrics and indicators (KPIs). **Responsibilities:** Support the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan; Create and organize the **editorial calendar** for campaigns, activities, and content; Develop creative ideas for institutional, promotional, and digital campaigns; Produce, adapt, or oversee the creation of content for social media, websites, WhatsApp, email marketing, and internal materials; Support social media management (posts, engagement, and metric tracking); Monitor campaign results and propose data-driven improvements; Support branding initiatives, product launches, and events; Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors’ activities.
