The company will provide **training from scratch** — we seek someone **intelligent, agile**, and genuinely eager to learn and grow. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the production of signs, facades, channel letters, stickers, and various materials; * Sort, organize, and prepare materials for production and installation; * Assist with finishing touches, cleaning, and sector organization; * Help with internal assembly and, when necessary, accompany the team for on-site installations; * Follow quality standards, safety protocols, and technical supervisor instructions. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Quick learner, agile and proactive in daily tasks; * Willingness to perform hands-on/manual work; * **No fear of heights** (some installations require work on ladders/scaffolding); * Responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to instructions. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATION** * A valid driver’s license (CNH) is highly desirable (not mandatory). **WORKING HOURS** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00**. **COMPENSATION** Salary: **R$ 1\.800,00**. ### **Prerequisites** **PREREQUISITES** * Eagerness to learn (the company provides training from scratch); * Agility and attention to detail; * Commitment to routine and scheduled hours; * **No fear of heights**; * CNH (preferred but not mandatory). ### **Benefits** **BENEFITS** * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance **or** fuel allowance. ### **Notes** **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** * On-site position in Juiz de Fora/MG; * Immediate start upon completion of the selection process; * Applications accepted exclusively via the JF Empregos platform.
