Job Summary: Supervise transportation teams, manage warehouse operations, and ensure efficiency in pickup and delivery, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of drivers and operational staff for productivity and discipline. 2. Warehouse management, ensuring organization and good storage practices. 3. Vehicle routing and monitoring of pickup and delivery routes. ***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervise drivers, assistants, and operational staff (including third-party personnel), ensuring productivity and operational discipline; * Manage the warehouse, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and adherence to good storage practices; * Plan pickup and delivery vehicle routes; * Monitor the progress of pickup and delivery routes; * Monitor fleet vehicle maintenance; * Ensure on-time deliveries, compliance with transportation regulations, and internal procedures; * Manage pending issues (delays, damages, losses), ensuring prompt and effective resolution; * Ensure accurate issuance and verification of documents; * Accurately record information in the system; * Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure alignment and service quality. ***PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*** * Experience in transportation operations and team management; * Knowledge of route planning, monitoring, and logistics processes; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Flexible working hours.
