Main responsibilities: Assist the team in carrying out personnel department routines, following operational procedures, internal policies, and current labor legislation, with a focus on supporting payroll processes. * Assist in admission, termination, and payroll routines (entering events, calculating vacations, 13th salary, wages, and severance); * Support timekeeping tracking, IRRF calculation, preparation of income statements, and control of certificate issuance; * Assist in meeting deadlines for labor obligations (INSS, FGTS) and eSocial ancillary obligations; * Maintain updated employee records in the system and issue employment documents (CTPS, certificates); * Support responses to inspections by the Ministry of Labor and INSS; * Assist in identifying improvements for personnel department processes.
