Cleaning of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Pre-preparation of salads, coffee breaks, side dishes, snacks, and desserts according to instructions and menu, under supervision of the department head. Preparation of dishes according to instructions and under supervision; quantity and quality control; product replenishment and restocking; sample collection; temperature measurement. Ensuring maintenance and proper operation of equipment.
