Responsibilities: - Focus on selling confectionery products to increase average transaction value. - Proactively, courteously, and consultatively offer products and services to customers. - Provide customer service in VIP rooms, ensuring a differentiated and outstanding experience. - Present the menu and take orders in VIP rooms. - Deliver orders directly to VIP room seats, following established service standards. - Provide support and service in VIP lounges. - Approach customers at self-service kiosks (ATMs), guiding them on usage, ticket purchase, and collection. - Validate tickets at theater entrances. - Organize and guide customer flow within the cinema premises. - Assist with restocking, organizing, and managing confectionery inventory. - Clean and organize theaters after screenings. - Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and organization of restrooms, lobbies, and common areas. - Support unit operational routines and assist leadership as needed. - Comply with operational procedures, internal policies, and company service standards. ### **Prerequisites** - Completed high school education. - Customer service and sales-oriented profile. - Experience as a waiter (preferred). - Minimum six months of experience in this or a similar role. - Strong communication skills and courtesy. - Proactivity and agility. - Passion for customer service and product sales. - Availability to work during mall operating hours: afternoon and evening shifts. ### **Benefits** - Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 - Cash float allowance: 10% - Meal allowance: R$ 28.00 per working day (average R$600.00/month) - Dental plan - Transportation voucher - Birthday day off \*Subject to internal policy\* - Sales incentive program - Wellhub (Gympass) ### **Notes** - Shifts: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM (opening shift) or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (closing shift); rotating schedule. - Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with one fixed day off per month and Sunday off in accordance with current legislation.
