Focus on Safety Standards and Quality Criteria **Job Description:** ---------------------- Execute Structural Integrity activity planning in accordance with Maintenance Engineering department processes, safety standards, and quality criteria, performing schedule development and monitoring. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Participate in and lead scheduling meetings with Maintenance and Operations departments; Ensure compliance with PPCIM-related procedures and adherence to the scheduling grid; Manage Structural Integrity resources and demands, optimizing teams and equipment; Act as the guardian of the PCM process and promote critical analysis of schedules; Contribute to the development of schedules and the S-Curve, meeting routine and maintenance shutdown requirements; Perform field planning for maintenance work orders issued by inspectors and maintenance technicians from Civil and Metallic Structural Integrity areas; Serve as the guardian of PCM indicators and physical/digital visual management; Support and facilitate scheduling and procurement activities, as well as act as a facilitator for shared-resource processes; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical education, preferably in Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering Experience in industrial civil maintenance, concrete and metallic structures Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of acid-resistant linings, refractory materials, and thermal insulation **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance BRL 460.00 Unimed Itabira (co-payment plan) **Work Location:** ---------------------- JUIZ DE FORA/M03200 **Working Hours:** ------------------------ MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; FRIDAY: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Position for Planning in the Civil Engineering area.
