Perform cleaning tasks, store supplies, and create shopping lists. Serve customers when necessary. The weekly workload is 36 hours, Monday through Friday. ### **Prerequisites** Must have prior kitchen experience and familiarity with the duties listed above. Must demonstrate empathy, courtesy, cheerfulness, willingness to share ideas, and openness to both positive and negative feedback.
