Job Summary:
The professional will support Human Resources Department routines, including payroll, vacation control, benefits administration, hiring and termination processes, ensuring proper document organization and administrative support.

**Description**
* Support the payroll closing process by performing data entries, preliminary verifications, and organizing information to be forwarded to Accounting under supervision;
* Perform vacation control activities, including scheduling organization, document verification, and support in recordkeeping;
* Support the verification and organization of pay slips, as well as gathering information for submission to government systems (eSocial, FGTS, INSS), per instructions;
* Process benefit top-ups (transportation allowance, fuel allowance, and meal allowance), verifying reports and payment bills;
* Verify time sheet data, working hour records, and support overtime bank control;
* Organize and forward overtime bank information to leaders according to established standards;
* Support hiring and termination processes, including document organization, verification, and archiving;
* Schedule admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations, monitoring deadlines and records;
* Support administrative routines related to Occupational Health and Safety, especially in document organization and incident tracking;
* Assist in verifying employee registration data in employment contracts, forms, and documents for signing;
* Execute enrollments, cancellations, and updates in health and dental plans, per provided instructions;
* Organize and update information in the Sólides Ponto system, including reports and operational follow-ups;
* Support uniform control and management, recording and organizing deliveries;
* Draft departmental meeting minutes per instructions;
* Support onboarding of new employees by providing basic information and initial assistance;
* Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Human Resources Department;
* Support life insurance-related activities, including employee enrollment and cancellation;
* Perform operational control of internal communication groups (WhatsApp), per department guidelines;
* Support internal initiatives such as bulletin board management and corporate events, in collaboration with HR;
* Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department staff, as required by the department.
**Prerequisites:**
* Currently enrolled in, and having completed at least 50% of, an undergraduate program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of eSocial
* Experience with payroll processing
* Experience with Human Resources Department routines
