**Main Activities:** * Responsible for the procurement of direct and indirect materials, as well as conducting purchasing initiatives such as benchmarking, best practices, compliance review, and continuous cost improvement; * Tax analysis on purchases to support decision-making regarding optimal buying strategies; * Analysis of input costs for make-or-buy evaluations; * Request item registrations, supplier registrations, and prepare reports for management data analysis; * Negotiate fixed prices with domestic suppliers to establish price lists, eliminating the need for reactive quotations upon demand; * Negotiate with international suppliers (10% of the supplier portfolio); * Periodic strategic evaluation of suppliers; * Develop and approve new suppliers in collaboration with technical and R\&D teams; * Participate in critical consumption analysis and define supply strategies per item/supplier; * Propose cost reduction actions based on TCO and identify negotiation opportunities (purchase consolidation, delivery terms, minimum volumes, etc.); * Map supply risks and implement mitigation measures (Plan B, alternative suppliers, etc.); * Monitor market trends and cost fluctuations (raw materials, exchange rates, freight); * Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects for procurement processes; * Perform daily delivery follow-up and ensure adherence to agreed timelines; * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, securing the best commercial conditions (price, delivery time, freight, payment terms, etc.); * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system (Protheus); * Monitor procurement performance indicators (OTIF, savings, lead time, etc.); * Record and keep commercial conditions updated in the system; * Manage contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers; * Monitor and resolve non-conformance issues with suppliers; * Interact with internal departments (PCM, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics) to align requirements and deadlines; * Maintain updated supplier information, minimum order quantity, multiples, safety stock, and lead time in TOTVS; * Support the team in return, replacement, and material approval routines. * Supplier prospecting to develop alternative product sources. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Previous experience in industrial/production procurement; * English proficiency desirable; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis); * Knowledge of import processes is a plus; * Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and related processes interfacing with procurement; * Systemic process-oriented mindset; * Experience in material procurement within a manufacturing, production, or fabrication environment; * Knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) ERP system is desirable. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Dental insurance (Odontoprev) after 3 months; * On-site meals; * Apoio Pass; * Open English partnership; * University partnerships; * Shuttle service; * Wellhub (Gympass) membership; Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.600,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Experience: * PROCUREMENT (Preferred)
