Our Operations team is expanding—see more details about this position below. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the national focal point for reverse logistics, responsible for reviewing and evolving operational flows to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business needs. * Monitor reverse logistics operations daily, tracking volume, deadlines, quality, and deviations, actively implementing corrective actions with support from a dedicated analyst. * Track, analyze, and explain reverse logistics performance indicators, breaking down metrics by region, partner, and root cause to ensure clarity in interpreting results and guiding actions. * Negotiate and manage reverse logistics partners—both in-house and third-party—monitoring performance, SLAs, costs, and service levels, proposing adjustments and improvements when necessary. * Ensure execution of the national equipment removal and collection plan, guaranteeing predictability, deadline compliance, and alignment across involved departments. * Act as the direct interface with Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, managing operational impacts, and supporting strategic business decisions. * Guarantee the quality of reverse logistics execution by monitoring reports, deadlines, recurrence rates, and failure causes, promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing processes and proposing practical, implementable solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures, acting preventively and remedially with partners and involved operations. * Contribute to end-to-end integration of the logistics chain, ensuring alignment among customer-side removal, warehousing, transportation, and equipment disposition. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Proficiency in Windows environment; * Experience in People Management; * Prior experience in the telecommunications sector. **Additional Information** ### **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:48 PM (1-hour lunch break)** ### **We Offer:** * Meal Allowance / Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Growth Opportunities * Daycare Assistance * Assistance for Children with Disabilities * Day Off (One day off during your birthday month) * TotalPass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports Facilities) * Corporate University * PAS (VERO Social Assistance Program) This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
