Participate in cargo loading activities, supported by the Logistics Analyst, according to sales executed. . Provide telephone or online customer service, clarifying inquiries and presenting solutions. . Demonstrate products/services, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages. . Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms within company policies. . Achieve sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs). . Record customer and sales information in the internal system (CRM). . Follow up on post-sales activities to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. **Benefits:** .
