Job Summary:
A sales professional focused on managing product portfolio, analyzing trends, prospecting customers, and maintaining relationships to optimize results and achieve targets.

* Carry the complete basic kit throughout the entire work shift, ensuring execution of duties within the store;
* Execute; know the portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, as well as prices and features of each product for customer presentation;
* Attend morning meetings, analyzing daily targets to develop the best planning that will enable achieving them, customer by customer;
* Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales trends, suggesting specific actions when necessary to meet established targets;
* Visit all external customers (Points of Sale) according to the scheduled route, seeking to close sales through negotiation—i.e., obtain an order under mutually satisfactory conditions;
* Skillfully execute the basic sales routine defined for each channel, completing all steps and ensuring DEMP compliance at the Point of Sale (POS);
* Correctly operate and transport the smartphone used to place customer orders, taking care of its preservation and assuming full responsibility for it;
* Observe competitors’ actions regarding pricing, offers, promotions, visit frequency, and deadlines, reporting to your manager so appropriate measures can be taken when necessary;
* Keep customer registration data for your route always updated to facilitate company-customer communication and minimize errors;
* Correctly apply merchandising materials and actively monitor their continued presence, ensuring our brand visibility both inside and outside Points of Sale;
* Carry the complete basic kit and product portfolio in good condition throughout the entire work shift, ensuring effective customer service;
* Identify opinion-leading Points of Sale among those served, with high potential, and define respective development actions;
* Conduct the end-of-day (afternoon) closing meeting with the Area Manager to review achieved results against KPIs agreed upon during the morning meeting;
* Maintain good relationships with Point of Sale managers to maximize integration and, consequently, willingness to achieve volume, positive placement, and coverage targets;
* Check the system before selling any product on credit to verify whether the customer has any objections or blocks;
* Master the calculation underlying your variable compensation, striving for optimal performance aligned with commercial fundamentals; comply with material loan procedures, observing consignment rules and the customer’s adherence to the commercial agreement;
* Prospect new customers and remain attentive to various market opportunities, aiming to increase preference for our brands at Points of Sale;
* Obey traffic laws while operating your work vehicle, ensuring your safety and that of others through defensive driving and preventive maintenance;
* Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and all other applicable procedures.
