Collaborate with other departments to align strategies. **Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM to 2:20 AM * Saturday: 2:45 PM to 6:45 PM Responsibilities and duties * Analyze and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and increase productivity. * Monitor and manage inventory, performing demand forecasting and product replenishment. * Prepare logistics performance reports and performance indicators. * Implement continuous process improvements aiming at maximum operational efficiency. * Address issues related to logistics deliveries and services. * Collaborate with other company departments to align logistics goals and strategies. Requirements and qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. * Previous experience in logistics or supply chain areas. * Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems. * Skills in data analysis and performance metrics. * Organizational and planning capabilities. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Effective communication skills. Desirable requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields, with experience in logistics and supply chain. Proficiency in Excel and management systems, as well as data analysis, is required. Negotiation and strong communication skills. Proactive profile, solution-focused, with teamwork ability.
