Job Summary: We are seeking Occupational Safety professionals to work on construction sites, focused on accident prevention, promotion of a safe working environment, and compliance with regulatory standards. Promotion of training, PPE management, and accident investigation **About the position** We seek professionals to work in Occupational Safety on construction sites, focusing on accident prevention and promotion of a safe working environment. The role involves monitoring activities at work fronts, ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal safety procedures. **Main responsibilities** * Conduct safety patrols and inspections on construction sites; * Analyze and manage risks present in work areas (UGBs); * Implement risk prevention and control measures; * Maintain updated signage at construction sites; * Record daily safety logs and update departmental documents; * Accompany injured workers to medical care and their return to work; * Promote and manage safety training and onboarding; * Issue Accident Communication Forms (CAT) and authorizations for high-risk tasks; * Manage delivery, inventory, and control of PPEs and collective protective equipment (EPCs); * Perform preliminary risk analysis and investigate workplace accidents; * Inspect fire-fighting equipment; * Guide teams and third-party companies on safety regulations; * Support sustainability initiatives and waste management on site. **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. **Preferred Qualifications** * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Birthday day off; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
