Your expertise will be essential to ensure our processes are efficient and delivery standards are maintained. **Our products** Rebars, columns, trusses, stirrups, footings, mesh, among others. **Responsibilities** * Manage factory activities encompassing production, supply (materials and raw materials), and product dispatch; * Lead teams, evaluating and developing employees to achieve expected results and provide feedback; * Assign tasks and guide employees; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Update internal systems; * Monitor the usage of raw materials and components used in production, aiming to prevent waste; * Guarantee that daily and weekly activities are completed; * Manage and coordinate all production-related operations, ensuring process efficiency; * Conduct training for new hires; * Maintain clean and organized work areas, complying with and enforcing safety rules and procedures; * Monitor the operation of machinery and equipment, identifying and resolving potential technical issues; * Implement improvements in the production process; **Requirements and Skills** * Proven experience in factory management, with solid knowledge of production processes; * Completed Bachelor's degree and postgraduate studies in engineering or related fields; * Experience in team leadership, with ability to motivate and engage employees; * Sense of urgency in decision-making, prioritizing efficiency and quality in delivering results; * Knowledge of safety standards; * Ability to work with performance goals and indicators, constantly seeking improvement in outcomes.
