If you are proactive and possess assertive communication skills, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate support teams in organizing event rooms according to hotel standards; * Ensure audiovisual equipment, furniture, and layout are available and functioning properly; * Support AB, front desk, and sales teams during event execution; * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas and event rooms, checking cleanliness, preservation, and operation; * Report maintenance requests, track service calls, and ensure timely resolution within safety standards; * Assist in controlling inventory of event room supplies (water, coffee, office items, etc.); * Prepare simple reports on incidents, maintenance status, and post-event feedback; **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of customer negotiation, planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Flexible working hours.
