Receiving and Inspection** * **Receiving items:** Receive suppliers and freight carriers for material unloading. * **Quantitative and qualitative inspection:** Verify that delivered quantities match the invoice and purchase order, and inspect the physical condition of items. * **Document validation:** Check taxes, deadlines, and technical specifications stated in fiscal documents. * **System entry:** Input data into the Sisma system. **2\. Storage and Organization** * **Material location assignment:** Place items in appropriate locations (shelves, pallets, or drawers) according to turnover rate, weight, and fragility. * **Inventory preservation:** Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions, ensuring the environment is free from moisture or damage risks. * **Identification:** Label or code products to facilitate location and traceability. **3\. Control and Movement** * **Processing requisitions:** Pick and deliver materials to internal departments or customers upon presentation of authorized documentation. * **Recording entries and exits:** Log all movements in the management system (ERP) or control spreadsheets to maintain updated stock balances. * **Inventory management:** Conduct periodic counts (cyclic inventories) to ensure physical inventory matches system records. **5\. Safety and Regulations** * **Department organization:** Maintain the warehouse under the 5S methodology or similar industrial organization standards. **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:** \- Heavy machinery mechanic, crusher mechanics. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:** \- Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or warehouse assistant. \- Completed elementary education; Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
