




**Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate administrative, financial, and facilities routines * Support contract, supplier, and performance indicator management * Plan and control administrative expenses, monitoring budget and costs * Lead the administrative team with a focus on performance and development * Participate in strategic decisions and ensure compliance with internal policies * Organize and optimize processes to improve efficiency * Ensure a structured and seamless working environment for all departments * Generate management reports and provide support to executive leadership **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields * Experience in administrative and/or financial management * Experience leading teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution companies * Skills in performance indicator analysis and process improvement Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,058.66 – R$6,622.78 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
