Attention to compliance with post regulations, Customer assistance and guidance, Ensuring proper operation of mall facilities (escalators, elevators, cleaning, lighting, access doors, background sound system, store operations, restrooms), Ensuring mall access and circulation, Guidance for delivery personnel and access control, Patrolling service posts; radio HT communication for transmitting and receiving information, Commitment to fulfilling customer needs.
