A professional responsible for analyzing causality relationships, inspecting vehicle repairs, preparing estimates, and monitoring the entire process—proposing improvements and staying updated on the automotive market.

**Responsibilities:**
* Analyze causality relationships and extent of damages; perform claims adjustment and inspection of vehicle repairs;
* Prepare estimates and parts quotations; approve supplementary estimates; monitor the entire process until final delivery;
* Act proactively, maintaining constant communication with the manager, proposing improvements, and staying updated on the automotive market;

* Review and approve supplementary estimates identified by repair shops;
* Monitor transportation logistics until final part delivery to the supplier;

* Respond promptly to employees and associates, prioritizing quality, excellence, and results;
* Address departmental requests and support the team;
* Interact with other organizational departments, providing guidance and support whenever necessary;
* Report activity progress to the direct manager and act proactively in delivering outputs;
* Stay updated on industry developments, proposing process improvements, cost reductions, and departmental productivity enhancements.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in auto insurance claims adjustment;
* Proficiency with spreadsheet software;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in an insurance company or dealership;
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
* Training courses in claims adjustment or similar areas.
