Collaborate with teams to develop technical and behavioral skills **Job Description:** * A professional responsible for supervising the operations of the digital commercial sector, ensuring alignment, performance, and adherence to processes across customer service (SAC), sales development representative (SDR), and consultant teams. * Mission: Ensure efficient execution of the commercial journey for leads, with a focus on results, service quality, and strategic use of the CRM. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily routines of customer service (SAC), sales development representative (SDR), and consultant teams, ensuring productivity, process discipline, and alignment with the commercial funnel; * Monitor lead movement in the CRM (RD Station), identifying bottlenecks, losses, and opportunities for improvement; * Track response deadlines, response time, and completion of funnel stages (lead screening, qualification, quotation, and closing); * Control CRM updates and proper usage by teams, enforcing complete and standardized record entries; * Analyze team performance reports and metrics (response time, conversion rate, losses, productivity); * Present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager, focusing on goals and continuous improvement; * Collaborate with teams to develop technical and behavioral skills, delivering training sessions and feedback; * Suggest process improvements, automation, and adjustments to cadence or outreach approach based on collected data; * Partner with marketing, administrative, and post-sales departments to ensure smooth commercial processes. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields); * **Work Format:** On-site (Office/Inside Sales Department); * **Working Hours:** Business hours adapted to company needs. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a commercial supervisor or coordinator; * Experience in inside sales or digital marketing operations; * Ability to lead with empathy, focus, and assertiveness; * Ability to improve and sustain team morale; * Analytical profile with a continuous improvement orientation.
