As a **Warranty Analyst**, your role extends far beyond information verification. You will be a key player in ensuring that warranty, exchange, and product analysis processes adhere to brand standards, promoting security, trust, and a positive experience for customers and consultants. Your keen attention to detail will make a difference in supporting related departments and maintaining the excellence that underpins our market relationships. **Your Responsibilities:** * Evaluate the quality of products returned by customers for warranty analysis; * Inspect product quality, identifying and correcting non-conformities; * Perform minor repairs on items; * Apply cleaning solutions to items; * Analyze and record results for product returns to the factory, generating credit or actual product return—with required repairs—to the end customer; * Process accessory orders and provide store support; * Ship non-conforming goods from all units to the factory; * Monitor and follow up on warranty returns with the factory; * Organize, analyze, and distribute inventory of support materials for the store warranty departments; * Support sales managers and store warranty analysts of direct sales outlets regarding procedures. **What We Seek in You:** * Basic knowledge of fashion jewelry plating; familiarity with synthetic stones; * Skill in handling and repairing fashion jewelry; * Prior experience in this role, particularly in product analysis and exchange policies, preferably within the retail sector; * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge of product exchange, return, and warranty processes; * Analytical, proactive profile with commitment to deadlines and quality standards; * Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and consultants. **Benefits That Make a Difference:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Marsaro University (professional development); * Special discounts on our products.
