Plan routes and monitor performance indicators such as deadlines, costs, and service levels. Supervise operational staff and drivers. Evaluate the logistics process and suggest improvements. Establish communication with partners and branches. Ensure daily loading of scheduled vehicles. Use systems and spreadsheets, especially Excel. Provide support to people management and the human resources department.
