Description: About the position: Act as the technical-functional responsible for the Salesforce platform, driving its maintenance, evolution, and governance, with development capabilities in Apex and SOQL, integrations via APIs, and use of tools such as n8n, aligning technical and business requirements with security, scalability, and performance. Main responsibilities: Maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring its operation, stability, and user support. Develop customized solutions using Apex and SOQL, including triggers, classes, and integrations with external systems. Create and maintain objects, fields, relationships, Flows, and validation rules according to end-user department needs. Configure and manage platform security (profiles, roles, permission sets, and access). Develop reports and dashboards to meet analytical and operational requirements. Participate in platform enhancement projects, from requirements gathering through to production deployment. Build and monitor integrations with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, using n8n for flow orchestration. Document processes, solutions, and technical decisions, ensuring traceability and governance. Support change management processes (GMUD), controlling versioning and technical risks. Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform best practices and the company’s information security policy. Collaborate with business areas, technical teams, and partners to deliver effective and sustainable solutions. Monitor Salesforce platform updates and propose innovations and improvements. Mandatory requirements: Bachelor’s degree Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
