




We are looking for a detail-oriented, agile, and committed professional to work in the **Technical Support area within the Tracking department**. This person will be responsible for providing direct support to field technicians, assisting in the processes of binding and unbinding tracking equipment in the system, as well as ensuring that requests are executed accurately, quickly, and efficiently. If you are focused, logical, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working with technology and problem-solving, this opportunity could be perfect for you! **Responsibilities:** * Provide remote support to field technicians during installations, maintenance, or removals of tracking equipment. * Perform binding and unbinding of equipment in the tracking system as requested by technicians. * Update and verify vehicle and device data in the system to ensure information integrity. * Ensure compliance with company operational procedures in every technical service interaction. * Send commands and conduct device tests via the platform; * Record and monitor technical service tickets or incidents related to equipment operation. * Provide basic technical instructions to assist in resolving issues during field operations. * Test and validate equipment communication after installation or replacement. * Control and organize equipment inventory, reporting when restocking is required. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Basic computer knowledge (use of systems, typing, and spreadsheets); * Good communication and writing skills; * Comfort using technology and digital tools; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in monitoring, tracking, or call centers; * Understanding of geolocation and mapping; * Knowledge of 5S principles; * Familiarity with vehicle protection systems; **Behavioral Profile:** * Attention, concentration, and focus on details; * Agility and proactivity in problem resolution; * Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations; * Commitment and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; **Additional Information:** * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
