Opportunity at a rapidly expanding solar energy fintech SOLFI, a leading fintech specializing in solar energy financing and financial solutions for integrators, is experiencing strong growth and seeks an Operations Assistant to provide technical support, monitor projects, and manage customer relationships, ensuring quality, performance, and technical compliance of projects executed by our partners. Key Responsibilities Technical Validation Verify and validate project records submitted by partners; Cross-check system monitoring data; Validate technical parameters of equipment; Support technical analyses and issue resolution related to projects. CRM Management Input new projects into the CRM; Record interactions, progress updates, and actions taken; Conduct remote technical interventions when necessary. Customer Satisfaction Perform positive project confirmations at 15, 30, 60, and 90 days; Monitor: Equipment delivery; Adherence to deadlines; Project execution; System monitoring; Performance of implemented projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration (in progress or completed); Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; Prior experience with CRM systems; Experience in solar energy will be considered a plus.
